These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in HOPE, an online membership community created by Julie Geller/ Beating Heart Music.

By joining HOPE, accessing its content, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Membership Overview

HOPE is a monthly membership community that includes live online gatherings, digital content, community interaction, and related materials designed to support reflection, creativity, connection, and personal growth.

Membership details, pricing, and included features may evolve over time.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

HOPE membership is currently offered at $18 USD per month unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

By joining, you authorize recurring monthly billing through our payment processor until canceled.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

Your membership access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Because HOPE is a digital membership with immediate access to content and community, payments are non-refundable.

4. Community Guidelines

HOPE is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and welcoming environment.

By participating, you agree to:

• Treat other members with kindness and respect
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Respect the privacy and vulnerability of other members
• Avoid promotional spam or unauthorized solicitation inside the community

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

5. Educational & Personal Growth Disclaimer

HOPE is intended for educational, creative, reflective, and community purposes only.

Nothing provided within HOPE constitutes:

• Medical advice
• Mental health treatment
• Therapy
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Religious counseling

Participation is voluntary, and you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and actions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, please seek help from a qualified provider.

6. Live Gatherings & Content Access

Membership may include live Zoom gatherings, recordings, written materials, audio content, prompts, and community discussions.

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust schedules when necessary
• Modify membership features
• Update or improve the community experience over time

While we aim to provide consistent access, occasional technical interruptions may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through HOPE — including music, recordings, videos, teachings, writing, branding, graphics, and materials — remains the intellectual property of Julie Geller/Beating Heart Music unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or shared publicly without written permission.

Membership access is for personal use only.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

By participating in HOPE, you understand that:

• Your name, messages, and participation may be visible to other members within community spaces
• You are responsible for what you choose to share
• We will never intentionally sell your personal information

9. Recording Notice

Some live gatherings may be recorded for replay access by members.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge that your presence, comments, or contributions may appear in recordings shared privately within the membership.

10. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the HOPE waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.

We may offer early access, bonuses, or special pricing to waitlist members at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julie Geller / Beating Heart Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in HOPE or use of this website.

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued participation in HOPE after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
