With Julie Geller’s beautiful voice and affecting lyrics, she aims for nothing less than to bring love and healing into the world through her words, music and teaching. Playing a unique combination of original folk and original Jewish music, Julie sings the truth of her experience with unflinching honesty and warmth. Her music has the power to remind us who we are and who we want to become.
Julie was raised in Denver, Colorado at the foot of the glorious Rockies. She left Denver in 1992 and spent time living in Boston, San Diego and Israel. In 2004, she and her family landed right back in Denver almost exactly where she started (literally - next door to her childhood home!). Julie holds degrees from Harvard University and the New England Conservatory of Music. And she also loves to hold her two beautiful children.
